Applying for a role

Your candidate profile is private by default. When you consent and apply, a snapshot of your profile and application answers is shared with the authorised hiring team for that vacancy’s location. Other employers cannot browse your profile.

Saved jobs and discovery

Saving or passing a job does not apply and does not share your details. Talent-pool consent is separate and optional. The talent-pool service is currently unavailable.

Evidence and human review

Uploaded PDFs remain quarantined. No AI service is active. DBS, right-to-work, safeguarding and qualification checks must be reviewed by a person using appropriate evidence.

Export, correction and deletion

Edit and export your own profile in your account. Withdraw an application from your applications page. Request deletion from your profile. The demonstration retention period is configurable and must be legally reviewed before launch.

Before launch

The operator must confirm controller details, lawful bases, retention, processor contracts, international transfers, candidate rights, accessibility, safeguarding and contact details with qualified UK advisers.
